Kristi Vorce
Kristi’s fitness journey began at age 3, participating in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer, and softball. By 6, she expanded into martial arts, training in disciplines like Taekwondo, Jujitsu, Krav Maga, and Kickboxing. Her focus eventually shifted to Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), leading to a semi-professional fighting career. Alongside martial arts, Kristi was a standout track athlete in high school, breaking multiple records and winning the first gold medal for women in the Iron Woman competition at George Jenkins High School.

With 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, Kristi is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, an ISSA Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, a Nutrition Consultant, and a Bodybuilding Expert. She specializes in performance-driven training, with a focus on MMA, Kickboxing, Track, and Soccer. Kristi’s personalized approach helps clients build strength, improve endurance, and achieve their fitness goals.

Kristi now channels her dedication to fitness back into competitive athletics as the outside linebacker for the Tampa Bay Inferno, a professional women’s tackle football team. Her extensive experience as both an athlete and a coach empowers her to provide expert guidance and motivation for her clients.

Zeke Lira
Zeke has been training in one way or another for most of his life starting with basketball (his first love) in adolescence and has recently found a new love in bodybuilding!! Placing second in his first ever all natural competition in Miami.

Being passionate and knowledgeable about his craft he’s NASM CPT with more than 2 years experience. We have no doubt he’ll get your physique where you want it to be.
